Nobody lost anything, there's just no Taco vault.

DDQ is my morning routine. I wake up at 6am EST and complete DDQ on the toilet before I head to work. Now I'm getting to work early!

It would be worse if you couldn't do your things on the toilet because of this! And Despicable Me says: we find the bug, we fix the bug. Now there are 2 bugs, etc...
Maybe pulling Spider Silk and putting in a new run cleared the whole event queue? It should absolutely NOT work like that, but who knows.

It feels as if they lobotomized everything DDQ from the game.
