If you could pick characters for colors individually who would you choose for yellow?

- Your chosen character would be your only yellow ability for the battle
- This character would also control the tile damage for this color
- In this hypothetical you would have characters for the other colors, so if a support ability is what you consider the best for this color don't feel like it would go to waste

Ok, so based on the rules here or at least the three stipulations given, any team you'd run from this list with two of the characters, you'd have to elimate one based on damage.
People who tank Yellow at all times would be as follows:

Tier 1 Invisible Woman

Tier 2 Mr. Rogers, Falcon, Black Panther, Hood, Spider-man.

Tier 3 Thor, IM40

Tier 4 Sentry, Patch.

Of those I'd consider, it varies depending team composition.
Rogers I'd probably end up running Hood to gain the AP.
Falcon I would run easy with multiple team compositions without an active yellow.
BP I would not run due to the points given.
Hood, I would have to pick him to counter LThor.
Spider-man I'm currently running but not ideal.
IM40 is a good battery for multiple colors if you don't need yellow for anything else.
LThor does really good singular damage, generates green tiles, cascades, and can lead into a bigger green.
Sentry is just DAMAGE!!!

I guess, if I wanted to run a balanced team but needed a yellow tank, it would have to be LThor. So I'm picking LThor, though close second would Hood.

Storm I didn't include because I didn't think her yellow ability compared to the other options and I was only adding really powerful 2* abilities (Bag-Man also missed the cut).

Invisible Woman I left off because to this point I had not included 4* characters because of the rarity of people with playable versions of them and the general lack of enthusiasm for their power level (admittedly more of a concern for X-Force). However, if there is interest in her she can be added to the poll.

I would be shocked if Thunder Strike isn't the runaway winner of this. One of the best abilities in the game. None of the rest of the abilities on that list makes you go "oh tinykitty" if it goes off against you.

To be fair, Caps Yellow is pretty much a "Shut You Out" ability. It would negate a great portion of incoming damage.

I'm a little surprised Patches regen is getting so many votes - sure it's good (borderline amazing if I'm honest) but it's only a defensive passive. If Patch isn't out front tanking you don't really get much benefit out of it.

I can't say I am surprised but Thor is now dominating the Yellow and Green polls. Although, it is nice to see how even the voting is for most of the rest of the characters, not much great in yellow but a lot of pretty good.
