Good luck! Our non-PvE fan prefers to stay with us. I am pretty sure a dedicated group will make consistent top 50 no problem.

    Thanks!

I understand. I would have stayed in omens too (as it was fun). Though omens could pull their weight in pve without my active contributions, I felt bad not grinding enough. So when raph initiated this guild. I immediately apply for it with full blessings from chuck (omens lead).

Let's see how well we do for this pvp icon_e_smile.gif watch this space!

As Raph has said, good job guys!

After discussion, we will implement a new criteria. Instead of a flat 650 score per pvp, we will have a criteria of 1950 for 3 pvp.

The mean score is still 650, but you can afford to miss the mark a little for 1 pvp, and make it for the next 2 pvp.

This gives all of us some leeway in scoring. It also allows some planning as you technically can play 2 pvp, get a score of 1000 for the 2 pvp, and miss the last one.
This criteria is also good as it allows us to review members once every week (since 3 pvp = approx 7.5 days cycle).

We will also communicate on facebook for this. For those who are not in fb, you can post your comments here.

    This can be arranged.

Raphael, great alliance premise! I'm glad it seems to be working out well.

Hey, guys, just curious: what rank did you finish at in Heroic Juggs? I shared my bracket with you, Raphael, btw, but screwed myself with early grinding.
Your PvP achievements look very impressive! I borrowed the score policy from you and will adapt it should the need arise. For us, a lower plank of 600/1800 is acceptable for now.

Yeah, I know that you don't require to play PvE at all; but you also have 5 other Deadly alliances that you can direct players to in case they want alliance prizes in all events. We in [Just] are going through a rough stage right now; PvP more or less stabilized thanks to fresh blood and consistency from most members, but PvE is becoming less and less enjoyable. I was just curious in case you managed a casual top 100, despite not shooting for it. Looks like it doesn't work like that though.
I saw you most of the time in top 10, Raphael; pity to hear about you not getting satisfaction for your enormous effort. I grinded like a madwoman and got a single cover; but not mad about it much, because I feel secure about getting a set from PvP. Not getting the alliance cover hurts on a different level, but maybe it shouldn't; that's why I keep visiting your thread and glad to see the concept working.
600/1800 is absolutely the same thing you have: 600 average per event or 1800 average per 3. You can look at our scores for recent events here, we only established the policy during Webslinger after adding 3 new members in one go. We are still adapting to it, and having half of the members in Commander rank doesn't help, but I will take steps necessary.

Thanks a lot for your POV. Do you happen to know of other alliances that don't focus alliance PvE much/at all? Do you happen to have free slots, too?

Haha, no, thanks, I'm afraid I have an alliance of my own to look after and we want both Story/Versus modes it seems.

Yeah, I completely forgot that you were going to set up another alliance! That would be very cool of you. I can clearly see you attracting flocks of competitive EU players and many others that are disappointed in PvE, so I won't wish you luck, I am positively sure your alliances will do well.

Cumulative Average for Last 3 PVP.

Alliance average score of 884 points. Which gave us a alliance rank of top 25, top 15 and top 10.

Good job guys! The most important thing for me is that it is more sustainable for us (at least for me!) in focusing on pvp, and we are still having fun!

Locked, what was your alliance rank for the past 3 pvp? I wondering what the avg standard is like for top 100. 600/650 is not that high a score in pvp, but it seems that it's seems to be a good benchmark for top 100.

Sorry for not replying, didn't see the post.
#23 in Webslinger, #27 in Hotshot, #35 in Hollowpoint Kiss (total 15 054 points), #38 in Blind Justice (total 13 960 points). We don't follow the score policy very strictly, but I like to think it helps icon_e_biggrin.gif
