Moving Beyond Dark Reign

I don't know what sort of licensing agreement is in place, but will the game ever move beyond Dark Reign? Shadowland would be nice and offer new storylines and characters like a better Bullseye, Luke Cage, a better Daredevil, Elektra, Iron Fist, Kingpin, The Hand (as NPCs), Ghost Rider, Misty Knight, Moon Knight, White Tiger, etc.

Some characters suggestions if the game you can't/won't change the Dark Reign aspect - Norman (why is he not already in this game?), and the Dark X-Men of Mystique, Emma, Namor
