Phone wipe and lost data

I have MPQ on my Android-based phone, but have not backed up my MPQ by Facebook. My phone has been acting up and needs a wipe, a restore, or possibly replacing altogether.

Will there be a way to reclaim my progress in this event despite me not having the Facebook back-up?
