Off Season Tournaments for PvP

The Seasons format is a good change. It has had 2 seasons to smooth some edges and it seems to work well in keeping players playing in the featured tournaments and interest in PvP. I am not suggesting any changes be made at all to the Seasons and how they work.

The last tournament to run that wasn't a "Featured 3* hero boosted" tournament was many moons ago. It was Lone Star (I think), and it was pretty fun. One star teams only, no boosted performers. What I would suggest is run these types of tournaments, Lone Star, Femme Fatal, Dark Avengers, whatever else you want, with limited character selection formats, as non season tournaments. Just for fun. It shouldn't take a whole lot of effort to set up, as the tournaments have run in the past, just have to keep them from counting towards the seasons.
