Suggestion about who is better for focus leveling first?

I only have Patch(3/5/5) and Punisher(3/5/5) leveling to 141. Now I save about 20k ISO to spend,
I do have some *** who can be leveled to 141:

1.lv130 BP(5/3/5)
2.lv128 Hood(5/5/3)
3.lv115 IM40(5/5/3)
4.lv102 lazyThor(4/5/4)
5.lv90 Hulk(5/3/5)

From my experience Patch and Punisher are not very well on defense unless they are required,
any suggestion about who should I focus to level up next? Thanks.

    There isn't much benefit from maxing out Hood. Especially from lvl 128 to lvl 141.

    I would do Hulk instead. He's a good punching bag to throw out there and take abuse. You can win 2-3 matches alone just by launching Patch's rage and then throwing Hulk in front of the match damage. So, the more HP's for Hulk, the better.

    WIth the incoming Cmags nerf, Hulk is going to be an even more valuable defensive threat.

    Why is Patch bad on defense. I figured people would want to avoid kamikaze characters like Patch and Sentry

    Maybe because my Patch is 3/5/5 not 5/3/5 or 5/5/3 ?
    btw why no one suggest lazyThor anyway? isn't he good on both defense and offense?

    Generally, yes. LT is an awesome 3*, and you can't really go wrong leveling him.

    But, you've already maxed out two major green hitters. LT is another major green hitter, so there's no synergy. On the other hand, Hood, BP, and Hulk all have synergy with Patch: Hood accelerates everyone, using BP's RoTP after Berserker Rage is awesome, and triggering Hulk Anger after Berserker Rage is fun.

    My vote is for Hulk. He can be a pain to deal with and it'll only get worse after the cMags nerf.

    I wish I had bought shares in Hulk before the Spidey nerf, cause his stock has gone through the roof lately! icon_razz.gif

    you definitely want hulk cause....he's just a pain to fight....and once the Cmags nerf comes in....i'm glad i maxed his covers now

    Thor should be leveled up first because he's good at everything.

    The Hood might be weaker compared to his top tier defensive status in the past due to the emergence of Daken, but it's hard to tell at this point.

    Patch is not as bad on defense as people claim, though he's certainly not someone you fear on the defense team either. Sure a badly timed Berserker Rage can end the game for your defense team, but you weren't going to win a defense fight straight up so it's not that much of a risk to take.
