So I got a Fury cover... Now a dilema

Need some forum advice about my roster -

With 650HP to my name, I am debating buying an extra slot for Fury (at 400HP), or possibly sell one of my 1* or 2* heroes for the slot.

BW, IM35, Storm are options (all fully leveled), or go for Cap or Moonstone (both with all covers, but only leveled up to about 50 or 60 each).

So what would you do? Buy the slot or get rid of a pretty much useless hero in my roster (as it has maxxed Thor, Ares, Patch, Hulk and over 100 Punisher)? I am afraid i will face an event that might need those, one day - but this is getting unlikely as the game shifted heavily towards 3*.

Any advice/discussion would be most welcome.

    Diiiiitch the one-stars!

    IM35 sucks and you can recover him completely in a day or so of grinding the sim. MBW is marginally more useful. Only 1-star I'd ever keep is Storm. Take those spots and put Fury and a spare OBW in 'em.

    250 HP are more than enough for a top 50 in almost any PvP tourney

    Couple thoughts:

    Demiurge seems pretty adament on running 1 star tournaments every few months. So, you will need to keep at least 3 if you intend on competing in them. They often have good prizes in order to appeal to the veterans.

    At the rate the average person acquires 4 star heros, it could be another 4-5 months before you get a Nick Fury in a useable state.


    Captain America (2*) is a lower tier character. The only thing you might miss out on him is the rare essential node in PvE. Not a big loss.


    Verdict: Ditch Captain America, or sell off Nick Fury

    Interesting views... I must admit I did the impetuous move of selling IM35 to make room. Worst case, I'll rebuild as suggested. Let's see if it works out better in the long(er) run.

    I believe they said that the last 1* tourney was one of the most unprofitable things they have ever run and would likely not run it again soon if at all. IM35 was probably your safest sell.

    Bro, I would definitely start getting rid of your 1* characters. With everyone that's coming out, they're pretty much useless to you. Get rid of them to make room for your Nick Fury and other great characters coming along.

    Get rid of all your 1 stars but Mstorm, cause she's useful in most PVE tourneys, but if you absolutely *must* get rid of a two star, you can get rid of Moonstone, Cap would be second but he's useful in PVE cause he can overwrite countdown tiles with a 3/5/5 build.

    Cap** is required in the current PvE, so don't ditch him just yet, but feel free to do so after the event. It's the only one in my memory that requires him.
