Minor patch today. Managed to squeeze a couple of the things headed for R43 in server side instead.

Gameplay
    - Fixed an issue where any ability that randomly places a Crit tile could select a Crit tile to replace for essentially no effect
UI
    - The Hood now again correctly displays a power indication banner when he uses Dormammu's Aid. The ability itself is unchanged
