Rank not updating

My leaderboard rank no longer updates dynamically. Used to I could switch between Story and Versus mode, or select an event, and any changes in my rank would show up. Now I have to actually play.

For example, the other day in Magnetic Mayhem I was #90 in my bracket. Since I was aiming for the OBW, I stopped playing. After a few hours I checked my rank and was surprised to see I was still #90. So I went in and played some TaT for a bit and then checked again. Still #90. I knew this couldn't be right, so I selected an opponent and actually played a round of Magnetic Mayhem. I won 17 points and immediately dropped to #150. Unless I actually play a round of the event in question, I can't get my rank to update.

I experienced the same in both TaT and Magnetic Mayhem.

This afternoon, I was ranked 5 in MM, and remained ranked 5. This was the last hour or so. When it ended, my results page said 29. When clicking on the results box, the rank on top of the subsequent screen displayed 5.

Just now, on TaT, my rank had been fluctuating on the node screen. It was going between 20 and 38. For the last 2 battles, my rank showed 21. When i claimed my rewards, I placed top 100.

Edit: for clarification, the last two battles were at the event end. My last battle ended 1 minute post-event. Because it doesn't display a results screen, I can't tell where I finished. It's not the end of the world, but I wouldn't have been so passive with my playing, had I known I wasn't in contention for the two 3* Storm covers

I had the same problem and while I thought it was working apparently it wasn't after spending the last 3 hours playing and watching the game closely my 20 rank end up being more like 100 when it was time to claim rewards.

As someone who has spent over a 100 bucks on this game since launch I am very displeased by this. I really just want to get the cover that my rank displayed to me, check your records and what not. But I am really really upset by this. I took time out of my busy evening for the ending of this event and a glitch caused me to waste hours and miss out on other actual important things I could have been doing.

Please let me know what will be done about this.

And in brotherhood event too. Really annoying, have to click it open to know where you are. This has been bugging before, but only temporarily. But with this event now, feels like it is not updating at all without clicking back and forth to the player rank site.

Yep, my rank is not updating Brotherhood event as well AND the Sunder bug is still not fixed.

My rank is not updating itself anymore in PvE or PvP. You don't need to actually play a game to refresh your score - just opening the leaderboard is enough. It seems to force a mini refresh. If I use a shield in PvP now, I go straight to the leaderboard and click the tabs there to make sure the shield is active.

PvE is the most annoying as I have to manually enter each sub and the main to check my real score on the leaderboards.
