It looks like Rags may be bugging out a bit on defense. Don't know whether it's Lightning round only or affects him at all times, but his red ability is switching between using 1 ap per use, and 2 ap per use. If you watch the - cost after use, it shows its usage. Furthermore, I have checked his ap bank prior to and after the turns for verification, and displayed usage is equaling the used ap.

    Do you play with a Hood that can steal red AP? Was that what you were seeing or was it after Rag cast a skill?

    No ap steal at all. Team was doom, wolvie, and the hood with only yellow cover.

    I first caught onto it when the rags got a first turn 4 of a kind that destroyed only 1 red tile. Turn 2 went right into Thunderclap, or whatever red ability is called. And then subsequent ability usage constantly went back and forth between 1 and 2 ap being used.
