Unable to open the app without using Google Play?

I can only open this app using Google Play. If I try to open it through anywhere else like the Home Menu etc, it doesn't even open.

I checked through this forum, didn't see any topics about it yet. Am I the only one facing this problem?

    Am using a Nexus 7, yep clicking on the app doesn't relaunch it if I was playing earlier, I've been force closing it then it would launch, guess your solution is better

    I have a similar problem on my Galaxy S3. I just restart my phone. It seems to not register that I'm touching the app to reopen it after the first time I open the app.

    So far, the reliable method I have is to open Google Play Store first and access MPQ from there. If I try to open MPQ directly, it hangs and never opens.
