Lions and tigers and bears - oh my

I think the customer support must have been eaten by bears cus ive tried mailing them several times, had the delivery confirmation and heard no response in a over a week. Maybe we should train the same bears to do that to some of the devs and then replace the hamsters they got running the servers with the bears.
Anyone know anyother way to get their attention?
Thanks.

  • Give them a break, it takes a lot of time to come up with new and creative ways to tinykitty with their player base.... These devs have turned messing with players into an art form...
  • Dem bears are vicious. Did you know IceIX trains daily by wrestling black bears for 30 mins straight? That's about as long as the bear can take it before needing to rest up.

I'm sure they hold meetings weekly about how to mess with the players... That just seems extremely logical if you ask me.

I'm not sure how big of a company D3 is, but i'm guessing they aren't huge. If they have a lot of tickets it could take a while to get through each and every one of them.

They got back to me today about my most recent issue. 9 Days after I sent the request in. If I tool that long to respond to a CS request at my job I'd be fired. That said, CS is likely one or two people for all of D3 assuming that they have dedicated CS people at all.
  • I have sent only two support tickets ever:

Once, much like everybody I assume, at the end of Oscorp Heroic asking what's up with Daken (Classic)
Next, one week later, because I was not getting the confirm email to join the forums.

These two support tickets were separated by a quantity of OVER 5000. If I am to assume the tickets are numbered more or less in order of arrival, 5000 tickets in a week is MASSIVE.

But yeah, CS needs something a little more powerful than hamsters under the hood.

Who's willing to chip in for some of those gourmet croutons?

You'd think that with them being so close to (or maybe past now) that $1 ARPDAU that they could hire more than just Karina to do CS. I just checked and of everyone I know that's had a response from CS by email, she's the only person they've ever dealt with other than the generic "Support Team".

The bear needs to buy more health packs, it could go far longer then, and have a much better chance at winning any awards available without IceIX scaling into a Galactus-like enemy.
  • Tbh I'd expect quicker when all it involves is copying and pasting some text that says "We're sorry to hear you experienced these issues, we are looking into ways to prevent this in the future etc"
