Infuriating tutorial

I have been playing MTG puzzle quest for many years with great satisfaction. However, there is one issue that I find intensely infuriating. From time to time my accoumt fails to properly load and when you restart the app, it treats you as a new player. At that point, there is absolutely nothing you seem able to do other than slog tgrough the entire 5-stage tutorial to get to a menu screen. This is absolutely ridiculous. Surely there must be some way to correct a login error and bypass this terrible tutorial nonsense?
