Infinite loop from Phlage and Meathook Massacre

The creature Phlage has infinite looped me twice now. The log doesn't show Meathook Massacre triggering, but I saw it on the board so I believe that's what's causing this. MM is supposed to give the creature Finality, which I think would prevent the loop. Maybe Phlage is never getting Finality and that's where the bug is. I don't know. But either way this loop is way too easy and should be dealt with.
