    The New CP store for Falcon SnakeEater (look at the PVP name) has Sam and Orange Eyes at 10% and 9x odds of Red Hulk, which is about 4.96%. 25 CP pulls.

    So you spend 25CP and 5% is Red Hulk. Red. Hulk. 5% is Sam, 5% is Falco dude.

    EDIT: A primary feeder gives on average one 5* cover for every 16 levels so you are working with 5% odds of 1/16 of a Falcon.

    There is no way it's worth spending 25 CP in this store. Falcon is nothing special at all. Even if you're really pumped to pull more Sams you are much better off focusing on him and pulling Latests or Classics than watching 5% of your pulls turn into Red Hulk.
