Prowler 'On the Prowl' Bug

Can't recall seeing this posted before (apologizes if it has) but Prowler's 'On the Prowl' passive doesn't work when the SAP is part of a match 4 (and presumably match 5).

I used Prowler as my required in the just finished boss event and multiple times during the event I made a match 4 that had a fortified enemy SAP tile as one of the 4 tiles. The Fortification would get removed as part of the match 4 and row/column destruction but Prowler would not steal the tile and improve it.

Note all match 3s that included a fortified enemy SAP worked correctly.
