Bugged Tower compensation

Did anyone who experienced the widely-reported bug with a previous run of The Tower (involving not being awarded all points for completion) receive the 50 Galactus shards? I just tried to check in by responding to the email from CS again, and it said the ticket was closed, but I did not receive the shards.
