"Everlasting Torment" infinite wither loop

•While playing as Reaper King planeswalker
•several reinforcements of "scarespawn" token creatures and "Painter's servent" creatures were in play on my side
◇After I played "Everlasting Torment" both creatures would infinitely gain and then lose "wither" alternating back and forth.
