Planeswalker bugs (Teferi & Teferi & Vivien)

Teferi, Time Raveler A2 does not bounce two things sometimes (I think if it bounces a creature and there is no second creature, it does not bounce any supports, and vice versa)
Teferi, temporal pilgrim A3 only gives mana the first card in hand
Vivien on the hunt passive amost never triggers
these bugs make the be walkers so much worse and it ises especially infuriating to face a bug on a PW
