Oppenent's supports generating extra ap

I've noticed this especially with Yaroo Root and Atlantis. Although the description says 5 green AP, these supports only generate 6 AP. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

    They give 6 AP at max rank and 5 at lower ranks. Sounds like your versions aren’t maxed yet, while your opponent's are.
