I've been mistakenly flagged twice.

First of all: Swear to Thor that I've never, ever, cheated or exploited or anything similar. I don't know how to do it and, even if i knew, id never put my 8+ years account in risk.

Last October 21st i updated to R332. When i tried to talk to my alliance it said that i was removed from it. I contacted the commanders and they assured me i wasn't kicked from the alliance and offered me a spot in other alliance family. When i tried to join the other alliance i got the message: "There's a problem with your account, please contact support."
So i opened a support ticket and the next day i got a response:

"Thank you for contacting the 505 Go! Customer Support Team.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

It's appears that your account was mistakenly flagged by our system. We have removed the flag, and you are free to join an Alliance again.

Please let us know if you experience this issue again. "

And it was all ok. I was able to rejoin my alliance a couple hours later, Same thing as before, I'm again out of the alliance and the same message: "There's a problem with your account, please contact support."

So i was kind of pissed off, went to sleep and the next day i replied to the email saying that i've been flagged again.

Then i received this email:
"Your ticket has been escalated to be discussed and reviewed by our team. We will contact you as soon as their investigation is complete, and we'll proceed with a possible resolution for this case. Please note, depending on the complexity of the case, it may take longer than the usual 24 – 72 hours to respond back than we usually do. "

That was 13 days ago. 5 days ago emailed back asking for an update on the case but still no answer.

I'm a patient person but tomorrow there's a boss event and i wouldn't want to miss the alliance rewards.
