Profane Command has (at least) two bugs. The first issue should be obvious just from looking at the card:

From testing, "First_Opp_Creat_Get_Debuff_desc" seems to be "Give the first enemy creature -10/-10" but uhh, obviously somebody didn't quite finish writing the actual description there.

The second issue with the card is that with Option A, if you don't have a valid creature in your graveyard to return to the battlefield, neither effect will trigger, so your opponent will not lose any life if you didn't return something to the battlefield. As worded, your opponent should lose 12 life if you choose Option A, even if there's nothing in your graveyard, but that's not what happens at present.
