Graphical Glitchstorm on Samsung Galaxy Pad 3

As title said, I recently got a shiny Galaxy Tab 3, which it should replace my Asus Fonepad.
Anyway, after I installed the game on the samsung tab, I found the game is literally unplayable, as it's plagued by graphical glitches.
One of them kills the game; all the gems appear as indistinguishable black squares.

Any pointers on how to fix this, or if it's an issue with my phone model and I need to wait for an update?
