Account wipe out!

icon_evil.gif My player my account disappear, now the game starts from the beginning.

It was good until the servers fallen Saturday at night.

How to solve this!?

    Yea, its common issue with steam accounts. Write to support, they will restore it, but it may take time.

    It's really frustrating when there is no reply from the same people you pay.

    Did you solve it? I am not sure how long it takes, since my problem with account wipe was little special and I was geting it wiped like once a week. But it didnt bother me since I was able to recover it manually on my site.

    One and only solution I found without help of support was, if you ever played MPQ on different PC, then to find there folder of game with mpq_save.dat file, and replace it on your current PC at same directory. That isnt solution that everyone can use unfortunatelly.

    Otherwise maybe try to contact IceIX here on forum. Some time ago he said to write him with this issue and that he will send it right to devs.

    It's not solved yet!

    I was told that they will look in my case... But for now I'm still waiting!

    Unfortunately I have tried in both PC's so it must have been overwritten.

    After 6 days, I received a mail from the D3 support.......... they ask me my player ID and PVP name....
    Informations that I've already give to their support in my original mail ^^
    so, 6 days to ask me informations they already have.. D3 has the best support of the world :p

    My account was gone on Steam too. I emailed them to try to get it restored. Hopefully it can be done.

    In the same boat on Android and Google Play. They instantly got the support request, they get an email back by Monday if no further news has been made.
