Drax's purple power

Drax doesn't create strike tiles with right amount of strenght with the purple power. I have Drax at level 299, with purple at 5, and currently boosted he should make a strike tile with base level 488 + 377 for each countdown tile. Instead he makes a strike tile of 530 strenght no matter how many countdowns there are. Checked in story and versus, with different teammates and supports, same result.
