Rings of Brighthearth disables gem manipulation.

When Rings of Brighthearth is on the battlefield, both players’ first gem manipulation attempt is nullified.
The gems disappear, but the effect is canceled and no mana is gained. After that, gem manipulation can continue as normal.
This issue may cause confusion during gameplay, so I hope for an early fix.
