A question about skill leveling

hi!!

I have a Iron Man (Model 40) red(2) and yellow(1) skills. If I win the same character with more than 1 skill, what skill am I allow to level up???
Just 1?? 2?? or all 3??

You get multiple covers -- e.g. if you win all 3 then you get 3 covers, each of which can be used to train up your existing IM40.
