Nobody on the Sunstar Free Company side can play their charges in the final phase.

The Monoists side can play their charges.

    I was able to play games during the Dual phase but can't during the final phase. I'm playing on the white (left) side of the event.

    I didn't even get that screen. The event just disappeared.
    No matter, I couldn't play the left side either.
