[To Be Fixed] New loyalty indicator for Jace Mirror Mage A3 not working.

Something isn't working correctly with the new loyalty indicator for the Jace Mirror Mage 3rd ability. It can show as as ready to use when it isn't or not ready to use when it is.

    It says the third ability is ready when I only have one loyalty.
