No FF Tokens Given as Promised by Lightning Deal

in MPQ General Discussion

Today's Lightning Deal says it includes Bonus Fantastic Four Seasonal Vault Tokens. But when I purchased it, no tokens were provided. Did anyone else have this happen when they purchased the Lightning Deal?

    Yup, I didn't get any tokens for the vault as well.

    I took a screenshot of the wording and submitted a ticket to CS. I'm sure it will be high on their priority list and I will hear back around February 2027.

    Same thing here. I noticed before purchasing that the Vault tokens weren't pictured next to the other covers. Screenshots in this thread:

    There's extra token that comes with the purchase? I didn't know so no screenshot. Still eligible to ask CS team for those extra tokens?

    I would think they can track all your purchases.

    I mean if they can track all the purchases, why do I need to submit a ticket. Why not blanket anyone that made the purchase get the tokens instead of bogging down CS.

    Were there ppl that got the tokens when they bought them? Have they updated the contents so now it is correct? FWIW I bought and can't see if they updated the deal to include them or remove the verbiage from the deal.

    Maybe they can track the purchase but not what you actually get? Maybe it isn't a universal bug? I really don't know.

    I looked at my screenshots and I figured out the screw up. It's a typo. With these lighting deals for hp, the cost is either 200 or 400 hp. 200 is for what we all got today, 10 elite tokens. If we were gonna get the elites and vault tokens, it would've cost 400. Keeping my fingers crossed that they gift em to us for still being here. I'd really like to pull that 3a4 torch.

    This is what I was thinking as well. Plus the image only shows the 10 elite tokens. Usually it would also show the 2 gold vault tokens in the image when they are included.

    How do we create the ticket?

    Go ingame menu, tap help (big yellow), you get redirected to a webpage, scroll down to the bottom, hit contact us and fill out the form, you can even add a pic of the deal as attachment
