Disappearing covers

When I completed today’s DD I cashed in all of my tokens. I then had 15 rewards in the claim rewards tab. 4 of those rewards were for characters that I farm and weren’t fully covered. I claimed the other 11 rewards 1st so that when I claimed the 4 I would hopefully have gotten enough ISO to level all 4 all the way up. The 1st of the 4 I claimed was 2* Bullseye with 1 cover so it cost just over 100 ISO. The 2nd was 2* Thor with 12 covers. I applied the 13th and leveled him to 94 and then champed him. Then I backed out to claim the last two, one was a 3* Torch and not sure what the other was, and they had completely disappeared. I even checked to see if they had been applied and just needed the ISO, but they weren’t listed under the need ISO tab.
