Frenemies quests not unlocking and resetting

The new frenemies quests sometimes reset (as a pair) without getting rewards and the associated "Complete these fickle friends quests" does not work.

    A bunch of mine just disappeared.

    Same.. all frenemies quests disappeared after I completed 2...
    -5 missions with captain America first avengers
    -5 missions with Ironman model 35

    Mine are gone as well. Maybe they pulled them because they weren't registering as complete?

    I haven't seen ANY quests for the frenemies!
