Suggested fix - FF4 mission bug

Currently, no credit is being given for use of powers by Ascended FF4 characters. As a fix for this doesn't seem like it's going to hit in time before the event ends, could the PvP run be interrupted to give us FF4 PvPs? At least we could get credit for using powers of the default characters to complete the missions.

Seems a faster and easier way to give us a chance than debugging the code.
