Customer Service AWOL - Can’t login on iOS

I’m posting here out of complete frustration with the non-existent customer service team in hopes a moderator may see this and direct me to someone who can help.

I updated to R324 on the day it was released on iOS. When PvE finished that night, my screen froze on the spinning red circles of death. Rebooting/restarting did nothing. I was however able to log in & update on my Android phone.

I contacted cs same day to get my iPad linked to my account again, received a response the next day telling me to delete my iOS app & reinstall (apparently the only way to clear the red circles), then send a screenshot of my guid so they could manually relink. I did all this, sent the screenshot the same day & crickets. Not even a confirmation my email was received. After three days, I submitted a new ticket. Again, nothing, not even the “please wait 24-72 hours” confirmation. After three more days of no response, I attempted a third ticket. Again, nothing, not even a confirmation my email. Finally, last week Thursday, I tried a fourth time using the support form on the D3go website. That at least got me the confirmation, but now a week later, still nothing from cs.

I don’t know what more to do. Maybe the whole cs team quit over this Unity debacle. I know I’m not the only one with this issue, as I saw another post with the exact same bug on the release date

What can be done so I can play on my iPad again? Thank you for your help

    Can you DM me your ticket number or email used for the ticket? I tried searching with your forum email, but no luck.
