How are the latest LT characters, are the worth to drop some lvls on them?

How do you rate Winter Soldier, Tony Ho and Elsa Bloodstone?, are they worth it, or should i wait for the next batch of characters. Thanks in advance for your comments, cheers.

    Elsa is sadly broken in the bad way, Bucky is OK and I like Toni a lot, paired with the right team mate her iron patriot defence power can go nuts but none of them are particularly meta. However, unless you have a definite need to spend, Nova is ridiculous (even after a nerf).

    I intend to pull to finish Elsa and then go after Nova next time around.

    I would wait until Winter Soldier drops out at least.

    edit if you don’t like Toni then probably Elsa too since we don’t really know how she works in the game.

    Winter Soldier is mid-tier by himself. With Thunderbolts teammates, his value skyrockets, especially if you have the 1* versions of Juggernaut, Yelena, Black Widow ascended to 5*

    Toni Ho is nuts with Repeater users. I use her with Agatha, Magik, Iceman and it's just hilarious

    Elsa...eh.

    Given how busted NovaFrankie is, I'd wait for her to enter Latests. Of course, she might get a nerfhammer sometime down the road, but we'll cross that bridge if we get to it. Also, wait and see the next few 5s, because the current ones, especially Elsa, are replaceable.
