Navigation bar is hiding

I'm playing on an Android Galaxy phone. Up until today, I've never had any issues with the nav bar -- the home and back buttons stayed put where they were supposed to be, and the back button was something I used a lot.

As of today's update (July 10th, 2025), the nav bar now hides and I have to swipe up to get it back on screen if I want to hit 'back'.

I don't want my nav bar to hide! I use that button a lot!

    I hear ya. I have been trying to pin the nav bar to the bottom again, but unsuccessful so far.
