Not getting shards for 5 Elsa

Once gain, i play on steam, i yes, i have a 370 yondu and dont remember the lvl of my 4 elsa but should be around 340. Also for the fist time i got stuck playing the daily. Not to sound or be mean, but do you guys even try the new engine before going live, is just so many bugs, that honestly i kind of want to throw the towel.

No shards here either. I didn't even realize we were supposed to be getting them until I saw several threads saying "I haven't received my shards yet!"

Email CS, I just did with images showing Yondu and Elsa rewards shards and 5* Elsa still unowned.

I've decided I don't want the Unity Engine for Android! Things are just fine and dandy! Not bored of the same PvE again and again and again at all! I'll play The Hunt again, hell, let's have it back to back!

So. The week ended and Unity got nothing for Elsa.
The retro ascension period ends after 4 days and there’s no way to know what happens if you ascend Yondu or Elsa right now. Still get retro later? What?
Also Unity can’t do quests until PvP.
And. There was no communication.
A full 2 business days went by and nothing was said beyond “ compensation will be coming.”

It's close to weekend and, based on the dev past records, i personally do not expect any concrete info from them for at least 1 week from now. I guess that's what constant disappointments do to you...

A year and a half ago, when ascension was new, and ascended Nico folks didn’t get Hunter shard etc they sent all of them loads of covers and shards that same day (Thursday) iirc. It might have been Friday at the latest.
Meanwhile here sit the Unity players with no Elsa rewards after 2 full business days.
I think all those ascended Nico players sent CS requests.

I think there is a real chance they aggressively downsized that department when they stopped swaps. Several other folks I interact with have also reported really long wait times. You absolutely need to make sure you’re not using the ingame CS portal to get help if you’re on mobile.
Maybe on Steam it’s ok but on mobile they just go into a black hole. You need to use email or the web based portal.
Do not use the app itself on android or iOS.

I used the web portal. Got back the "we are looking into it" email and then radio silence. That was in May. Nothing since. Others on Line have told me they have similar situations. It's a bummer for sure, CS used to be very reliable and quick. But right about the time they stopped allowing swaps they really took a bad turn. I can only speculate but assume that they downsized them pretty heavily once they got rid of swaps since they said that was taking 30% of their time and now wouldn't be a CS issue.

Which will happen first ... shards arrive or event ends? Sitting out the event, on strike for shards. How's that for a moral stand?
Yep, no one cares or will notice, only "hurting" myself.
