Some pop-up prompts show in the board at the beginging of turns or when drawing cards

After 7.0.2 update some pop-up prompts are showing in the board at the beginging of player turn and when drawing cards (even with no cards in play), like the description of "Reach" ability for example, seems to be text of cards in hand or in your deck.
