About the waiting time to buy a new PW with crystals

I've noticed that the latest PWs are taking more months to become available for purchase with crystals. I don't think this has been reported in any official post, so I'm asking the following question/request.
Has there been any change in the time it takes from the moment a new PW is released for real money purchase until it can be purchased with crystals? In some cases, it seemed like it had even taken up to six months, wich seems a lot wait half a year to get a simple new PW.
Could we have official confirmation of the exact time we have to wait to purchase them?
Would it be possible to have a schedule of when the new PWs will be released for purchase with crystals throughout the year?
