Endure checks if there is a slot available for new creatures to enter on your side of the battlefield:

• If the battlefield is full, the player's first creature will gain +X/+X, where X is the Endure value;
• If the battlefield isn’t full, the player will create an Abzan Spirit token and then reinforce it a number of times equal to the Endure value.

By itself the endure ability looks like a great tool for sacrificing tokens or cards that buff tokens. Might be worth it.
