The question below includes Howard the Duck (Juggerduck) but nothing that follows.

Nearly all affiliations in the game have at least one character with a power of any given color. There are a few that are missing some colors. Some - like Maggia - are obviously missing colors like Blue, Green, and Red because they only have one character with that affiliation (so the affiliation itself only has access to 3 powers).

Of the affiliations that are only missing one power color amongst all their members, which affiliation has the MOST characters? For example, if this question was looking to see which affiliation had the most characters but was missing TWO colors, the answer would be a tie between Darkforce (missing green and red amongst its 3 members) and The Hand (missing green and yellow among its 3 members).

With ONE color missing, there is one affiliation that has the most members - what is that affiliation and what is missing color?

    Hmmmm.... maybe affiliation-centric questions don't even get people guessing.

    The following affiliations are all missing one color -

    Alpha Flight (with just 2 characters) is missing purple.
    Lightforce (3 characters) has no green.
    Eternals (4 characters) has no blue.

    But the affiliation missing one color with the most members would be Kamar-Taj. With its 6 members (3* Doctor Strange, 4* Clea and Mordo, and the 5* Doctor Strange, Shang-Chi, and Wong) has no GREEN on its roster.

    Congrats to.... oh. Yeah. No participants :(

    Since I only care about affiliations for synergizing with a support or completing a quest, I am completely unfamiliar with most characters' affiliations leaving affiliation-centric questions difficult to answer without pulling stats myself. I didn't even know Lightforce and Kamar-Taj were affiliations! :D

    I did mean to sit down and try and work it out but time got away with me. The others I guessed at and got wrong.

    honestly, im not on here as often as I should be. And to CONTINUE being honest, I started researching this as soon as I read it like 10 minutes ago... then I scrolled and saw that it was already done. oh well! :) I dont mind a good brain teaser, or at least a little light research.

    Sorry for the lack of investment on this one, for what it's worth:

    1. The title of these posts don't grab attention (not mine at least). It's not worded in a fun way, or immediately noticeable that it's not the same one from last week
    2. The questions themself are VERY complex, it's like the developer ability descriptions of trivia questions (you worded it better this week though, I think).
    3. I don't think many people track anything with affiliations that aren't; Hero, Villian, Technologist maaaaybe Mutant.
    4. It feels like this forum is kind of losing it's appeal. This could totally just be me, but the lacking investment from the devs or good interactions from the community leaves me visiting far less (and the forum is a permanently open tab on my work PC).

    Honestly, your posts might be the best thing happening currently (Cow2 included), so please don't take this the wrong way, just some of my thoughts when I saw no interaction. I appreciate your time and posts!

    Not to go too far off track, but I've always thought they should use that "affiliation" thing for MORE than just "what team you're a part of".

    Put the words "fire", "metal", "cold", and other always-on descriptive adjectives. Then you could have firey abilities do LESS damage to those with the "fire" affiliation (you know, because duh)... or Magneto could do MORE to those with the "metal" affiliation. The way they use "technologist" is a great example of how it could be used for more passive-like interactions to correctly reflect things. "Flight" could even be an affiliation if its someone like Storm or Angel, causing some sort minor version of "airborne" effects (because it still bugs me that not a single one of the Storms can "fly" in MPQ standards).

    anyways, just another section of my wish-list come to light. thats all. :wink:
