Race has started but zero games to play

My counter is zero
When entering the event it says standing with no matches left.
Is the refresh timer bound to the start of my first standing match?

    At least one player reported having a full node restored

    There is an ingame explanation.

    Basically, it depends upon when you started playing the event, when the regeneration happens.

    No explanation, what to do if you are unable to play due to RL.
