Code Redemption Issue

My buddy is trying to redeem codes. He's on the right page, he puts in his username with proper casing, the code (SONAR in this case) and he gets error messages:

"Form has not been submitted, please see the errors below." appears just above his username. Then just above the Confirm button it says "Google reCAPTCHA verification failed, please try again."

Any guidance?

    I got this same message. I did a refresh of the screen and re-entered my data and it worked. I have no idea why it didn't the first time or why doing that fixed it.

    I'll investigate if there's a bug with the reCAPTCHA, but has he also tried a different browser? I ran into that error once and it worked the 2nd time.
