Venser was the best among Dominaria’s inventors in the days of old. During the fall of Mirrodin, Venser made an ultimate sacrifice, giving his life and spark to Karn. Unfortunately, his corpse was reanimated and used by New Phyrexia during the Phyrexian Invasion of the Multiverse.

Venser, the Sojourner is a White and Blue Planeswalker that will be available for purchase and selection in Aetherdrift.

  • Fetch cards to gain mana based on the number of support tokens you control.
  • Create tokens and make a random support you control gain shield.
  • Create tokens and then return all creatures to their owners’ hands. Those creatures gain mana based upon the number of support you control.

    • Level 1: Create a Sojourner Book token.

    • Level 2: Create a Sojourner Book token. A random support you control gains 1 shield.

    • Level 3: Create 2 Sojourner Book Tokens. A random support you control gains 2 shield.

    • Level 4: Create 2 Sojourner Book Tokens. A random support you control gains 3 shield.

  • Ability 3 - Artificer Legacy (Cost 17)

    • Level 1: Create a Traveling Portal token.

    • Level 2: Create 2 Traveling Portal Tokens.

    • Level 3: Create 2 Traveling Portal Tokens. Then: Return all creatures to their owner's hand. Those cards gain X mana. X is the greatest shield of supports you control.

    • Level 4: Create 3 Traveling Portal Tokens. Then: Return all creatures to their owner's hand. Those cards gain X mana. X is the greatest shield of supports you control.
