In my experience the players that would benefit from loaners don't bother looking that close. They join the event, playing minimally to get qualified to receive, then happily take whatever rewards come their way at the end.

Not hating on anyone, people are free to form their own opinions, just stating something I've seen repeatedly.

The only time it bothers me is when the lack of participation makes it more difficult for me to hit the individual rewards.

I have at least two people using loaners on this even in my Alliance who both have novice rosters so, yeah, experiences differ. My Alliance is now a very solid one who can knock these out but all points help especially in the first 24 hours.
