Thanos Copter support won’t rank up to level 5

I just finished accumulating 1600 shards to rank my Thanos Copter support from level 4 to 5 and the progress bar has turned green to show it’s full, but the rank up button isn’t lit up allowing me to actually rank up.

    Is it at level 200? I believe you have to level it to max level of the prior rank before you can level it up.

    Seriously?! So I can have a 5* Chimichanga at level 160 (and I do) that receives the rank 5 benefits, but if I earn enough support shards to level up my 4* Thanos-Copter that is level 160 I can’t receive the rank 5 benefits until I also earn enough red ISO to level it up to level 200??

    That’s just stupid! What idiot thought that was a good idea?
