4* Doom not creating bots upon enemy death

Just what it says: despite the skill statements, my 4* Doom did not create bots upon the enemies' deaths in the 2-3-4 battle today. An alliance member had the same issue.

Can confirm this bug is out there. Took this 4* Doom into a variety of matches since he was featured in CLs. Only match where it worked was DPD Dat Required Character 3*
