Can we please stop with these lame Costumes for the Season Passes?

Christmas Vault we got Beast with Green Grinch Skin. This Month's Season Pass Cyclops same 3 star costume but it's darker and has blue and Night Crawler with barely any change.

Can you guys just put costumes that haven't been in vaults in the Season pass please. since it looks like your not putting costumes in the Season vaults anymore.

I mean...it's free. Every player that tries at all gets them. I wouldn't expect the super awesome costumes in that spot, personally.

Having now acquired it and seen it applied, I have to say the Nighcrawler costume is the very highest instance of phoning it in I have seen in game for a while. And that is saying a lot after Grinch Beast. The Cyclops one looks like it at least took about 5 design minutes but man, NC is a one click and done in photoshop!

I like getting the costumes so don't take this as asking to have them stopped but it might be nice if we get something a little more of a variant next time please?

Spider-Ham's black costume was fun - I like how he could also be Ven-Ham, so at least thumbs up for that one.

My first instance of me noticing they were phoning it in, was with the release of 3* and 5* April/May Parker. Both characters appear to have the same model, pose, art, animation. There are slight differences but far more similarities than differences. I am sure it goes further back. It seems like the art/graphics dept budget got slashed around this time, this is also when we got the re-skinned deadpool, wolverine pve.

Someone in the this month's q and a asked for the 3rd time about doing different 3/5 character i.e. 3* surfer/ 5* galactus. But I think this has a near zero chance of happening. You need to find characters with the same body composition so that they can use the same model for both the 3* and 5*. Maybe a 3* cable and 5* galactus may work.

I liked the Cyclops one. I've had the Hairclops costume on for so long, I didn't even realise it was a chroma rather than a costume. As for Nightcrawler, it's not displacing the Chibi version any time soon....

As a general point, the first Chromas cost actual money, and then HP. As a collector of things I like them being "free". But if they're going to do them, I agree they should be reasonably different, like Grinchbeast, but also on characters that don't already have costumes - there's a lot of characters to go at.

This 1000%. and to be fair they outright said they needed more chars variants and didn't have the manpower.

Its funny that we all complained about lack of new content (ie. original chars and not reskins) and then bam they haven't missed a new release cycle until the CS Swap fiasco.
