January Rebalance - not happening?

Typically the boss event is paired with a character rebalance, or at least it has been for something like the past year. This week we didn't see anything. I can understand, because of the holidays and taking time off.

Is there one still coming? Maybe off schedule? Or just skipping the rebalance because of holidays and things? And we will get one at the end of the month with the next boss in 4 weeks?

Still happening! I see the next one coming up on January 13th along with a few others that are flagged in the January calendar.
